Kirsty Herbert has been interested in child care from a young age. When she heard of the prestigous Norland Nursery Training College in England, Kirsty new what she wanted to do in life. She spent 2 years training to work with children and has received a Norland Diploma, A Nursery Nurse Education Board Diploma and a National Vocational Qualification Level 3 in Child Care. After spending a few years as a live-in nanny in England Kirsty came back to Canada and worked in several child care roles. She worked in a daycare, ran her own private dayhome, she was a dayhome consultant and worked as a preschool teacher. In 2013 she decided to open her own Preschool and now has the fortune of teaching your children, helping them have fun and grow.
Alex Coulombe

Mrs Coulombe has been teaching at Denfordpark Preschool since 2020, where she started helping during the Covid-19 pandemic to help the school with the high standard health and wellness of our students. Alex showed a great passion for childcare and has since become a full-time teacher. She is a mother of two boys and is certified as an early childhood educator.
